This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») sets out the procedure for the collection, processing, use and protection of personal data of users of the ua-pro.com platform (hereinafter — the «Website»), owned by LLC «UA-Pro Industry» (hereinafter — the «Company», «we»).

The Company acts in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, and other applicable legal and regulatory acts in the field of personal data protection.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read the terms of this Policy and give your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with its terms.

  • Phone number
  • Delivery address (city, street, post office branch)
  • Legal entity details (for B2B): EDRPOU code/TIN, company name
  • Payment details (processed via secure payment gateways)

2.2. Data Collected Automatically

  • IP address and geolocation data (country, city)
  • Browser type and version, operating system
  • Data on pages visited, time spent on the website
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Data from referral sources

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing

We use your personal data to:

  • Right to object — to opt out of data processing for marketing purposes
  • Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw previously given consent to data processing

8. Data Retention Periods

  • Order data — 3 years from the date of the last order (in accordance with tax legislation requirements)
  • Account data — until the account is deleted by the user
  • Analytics data — up to 26 months
  • Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn
  • Cookie data — in accordance with the cookie type (see Section 6)

9. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Restriction of access to personal data to authorized employees only
  • Regular software updates
  • Use of secure payment gateways (PCI DSS)
  • Data backup and recovery plan

10. Data Export and Deletion
