Kinesio Taping

Kinesio taping at the Work Body studio (Pozniaky, Kyiv) is the application of elastic cotton tapes to the body or face to support muscles and joints without restricting mobility. The tape gently lifts the skin, improves lymph flow and blood circulation in the application area, relieves swelling and muscle tension, and reduces pain. The method is also used as an add-on to massage — it extends the effect of the treatment for several days. Suitable for swelling, muscle overload, recovery after exertion, as well as aesthetic protocols (face lifting taping). The tape stays on for 3–5 days and does not interfere with daily life or showering. Application takes 15–30 minutes. Online booking, open Mon–Sun 9:00–21:00.
