The private practice of Viktor Lugovoy — transformational coaching for adults who have hit a ceiling: a crisis, burnout, a hard decision, a lost connection with themselves. We work one on one: online from any country, or in person at a retreat. The first 30-minute meeting is free — you describe the situation, I do a short breakdown and tell you honestly whether I can help. Behind this are 20+ years of running my own companies and teams of up to 50 people, and founding the Heart of the World retreat centre.
