Rules for vendors

Rules for service listings on UA Pro

These rules describe what a service listing should look like, what happens if it doesn't meet requirements, and what to do when you're short on time or ideas. The structure mirrors a legal document: section, article, clause, so you can reference exactly what applies to your case.

Revision of September 6, 2026

Section I. General provisions

Article 1

Purpose of these rules

  1. 1.1The UA Pro catalog only shows guests complete and truthful service listings. These rules define what a complete listing is, and what happens if it's incomplete or misleading.
  2. 1.2These rules are part of the public offer for vendors and apply to all services listed in the dashboard, regardless of plan.
  3. 1.3The goal isn't to punish, but to make sure ads, search, and city hubs bring guests to listings that actually sell.
Article 2

Definitions

  1. 2.1Service listing: a page for one service with a name, description, photos, price, duration, city, and specialist.
  2. 2.2Vendor: a business or specialist who has listed a service in the UA Pro dashboard.
  3. 2.3Moderation: a review of a listing by the UA Pro team for compliance with these rules. Done automatically (required fields) and manually (content quality).
  4. 2.4Pause: temporary removal of a single service from the catalog until issues are fixed. The dashboard and other services keep working.
  5. 2.5Suspension: a temporary restriction on a vendor's dashboard. All services disappear from the catalog, and the dashboard is read-only, available only for viewing and making fixes.
  6. 2.6Ban: permanent termination of a vendor's access to the platform, with no right to re-register.

Section II. What a service listing should look like

Article 3

Required fields

A listing is considered complete once every item in this article is filled in. These are checked automatically: as soon as the fields are filled in, the vendor can activate the service themselves.

  1. 3.1Name: at least 3 characters, describing this exact service. Example: "Manicure with gel polish", not "Service 1" or the salon's name.
  2. 3.2Short description: 40+ characters, one or two sentences visible in listings: what it is, who it's for, the main benefit.
  3. 3.3Full description: 200+ characters. What's included, how it works, how long it takes, what's needed from the guest, what's not included.
  4. 3.4Photos: at least 1 photo(s) of the service, the result, the workspace, or the process. Cover photo or gallery.
  5. 3.5Price: a fixed amount, a range, a "from" price, or a "negotiable" note. Guests skip listings with no price.
  6. 3.6Duration in minutes for services booked by time slot. Available calendar slots are calculated from this.
  7. 3.7Category: this determines which catalog sections and city hubs the service appears in.
  8. 3.8City: for services provided at a venue or on-site. Not needed for remote services.
  9. 3.9Specialist with a schedule: at least one specialist with a filled-in schedule is linked to the service. Online booking won't work without a schedule.
Article 4

Content quality requirements

These items are assessed by a moderator. Violating any of them is grounds for a pause under Article 6.

  1. 4.1The name describes this exact service. Not accepted: a business name instead of a service, a string of keywords, several different services in one listing.
  2. 4.2Photos show this service. Not accepted: unrelated images, stock photos, screenshots, other people's work, photos with contact info or watermarks from other sites.
  3. 4.3The description is informative. Not accepted: generic or copied text, a string of keywords, a single "call us" line, text in a language other than the one specified.
  4. 4.4The specialist's profile is genuine: a real name, ideally a photo. Not accepted: profiles like "Me", "Master", "Test", "Admin".
  5. 4.5No test content: test services, bookings made "for yourself", placeholders like "aaa" must be removed or replaced with real data before activation.
Article 5

Minimum viable listing, if you're short on ideas or time

If you're short on ideas, photos, or time, do the minimum from this article: it's enough to pass moderation and start getting bookings. Takes 15 minutes.

  1. 5.1Name = what you do + who it's for or the technique. Pick the one service you do most often.
  2. 5.2One photo from your phone: the result of your work or your workspace. No filters or text overlays. No photo of your own? Leave it blank and a category cover photo will be used instead, but the listing will then get fewer bookings.
  3. 5.3A "from" price for your cheapest option. Add details in the description.
  4. 5.4Short description using this template: "[Service] for [who] in [city]. [Main benefit]."
  5. 5.5Full description using this three-paragraph template: "What's included" (3-5 points), "How it works" (from booking to result), "Who it's for and what to bring". This is enough to reach 200 characters.
  6. 5.6Duration: how long a visit usually takes, rounded to 15 minutes.
  7. 5.7Specialist: create your own profile with a real name and fill in a week's schedule.
  8. 5.8Don't want to do this yourself? Order setup from us under Article 10. We'll import your services, write descriptions, and prepare photos.

Section III. Moderation and penalties

Article 6

Pausing a service

  1. 6.1Grounds: any field from Article 3 is missing, or any item from Article 4 is violated.
  2. 6.2Consequences: the service disappears from the catalog, search, city hubs, and sitemap. Bookings, reviews, and stats are kept. The vendor's other services keep working.
  3. 6.3Notification: a banner appears in the dashboard listing what needs to be fixed, with the moderator's comment. The vendor also gets a notification in the dashboard, via Telegram, or SMS.
  4. 6.4Return to catalog: the vendor completes the listing, sets the status to "Active", and saves. Once every item is done, the service returns to the catalog automatically, with no waiting period.
  5. 6.5Duration: a pause has no time limit. A service left paused for more than 30 days is moved to drafts; this doesn't affect the dashboard.
Article 7

Dashboard suspension

  1. 7.1Grounds: three or more services paused and left unfixed by the vendor for over 30 days; re-listing test or copied content after a pause; contact info or links in photos and descriptions used to bypass booking through the platform; prices in a listing that consistently don't match the actual prices; spam-listing identical services; impersonating another business.
  2. 7.2Consequences: all of the vendor's services disappear from the catalog, the dashboard is available for viewing and fixes only, and payouts and bonuses are paused for the duration of the suspension.
  3. 7.3Notification: the reason for suspension is sent by email and shown in the dashboard, listing what needs to be fixed.
  4. 7.4Lifting the suspension: once the issues are resolved, the vendor contacts support from the dashboard. Review takes up to 3 business days.
  5. 7.5A repeat suspension within 6 months for the same reason is grounds for a ban under Article 8.
Article 8

Ban

  1. 8.1Grounds: fraud or an attempt to deceive guests or the platform; services prohibited by law; systematic use of others' photos, text, or brand; bypassing a suspension via new accounts; insults, threats, or discrimination against guests or the UA Pro team; fake reviews and bookings to inflate a rating.
  2. 8.2Consequences: access to the dashboard is terminated permanently, all of the vendor's pages are removed from the platform, and re-registration is not allowed. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
  3. 8.3The decision to ban is made by the UA Pro team after verifying the facts. The vendor is notified of the decision and its grounds by email.
Article 9

Appeals

  1. 9.1Any pause, suspension, or ban can be appealed through the "Support" section in the dashboard or the contact page, stating the service name and your reasoning.
  2. 9.2A response is given within 3 business days. If the decision is reversed, the service or dashboard is restored the same day.
  3. 9.3Every case is reviewed by a person, not an algorithm. Automatic checks only apply to the required fields from Article 3.

Section IV. Paid setup assistance

Article 10

Import and turnkey setup

  1. 10.1If you're short on time or ideas, the UA Pro team will set up your services for you: importing from your website, Instagram, price list, or spreadsheet; writing descriptions per the rules in Section II; preparing photos; setting up specialists' schedules and online booking; translating into the catalog's languages.
  2. 10.2This is a paid service. The cost depends on the number of services and the scope of work, and is quoted after your request, before work begins. Payment by invoice or card.
  3. 10.3To order: through the "Support" section in the dashboard or the contact page. Include a link to your website or social media and how many services need setup.
  4. 10.4Timeline: a typical batch of up to 20 services is set up within 2-3 business days after materials are received.
  5. 10.5Listings we set up go through moderation automatically, and the vendor gets edit access to everything we've done.
