My name is Viktor Lugovoy. For many years I have guided people through deep inner change — helping them move beyond familiar limitations, find clarity and inner strength, and reconnect with the real meaning of their lives.

My approach blends coaching, psychological support, spiritual practices and many years of personal experience. I don't hand out ready-made templates — I help each person find their own answers and unfold their inner potential.

Behind me are more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience: I built and grew my own companies, led teams of up to 50 people, and launched projects from the ground up, bringing them to stable, well-run operation. Today I am the founder and head of the "Heart of the World" retreat center — a space for spiritual practice, restoration and deep inner work. This lived experience is the real foundation of my work with people: I know first-hand the true worth of genuine change, responsibility and results.
