About the property

The Step Hotel is a small Mediterranean-style hotel in Sunny Beach (Slanchev Bryag), Bulgaria, a few minutes' walk from the beach. It has only 11 rooms — 6 double rooms and 5 one-bedroom apartments — so it stays quiet even at the height of the season. Every room has a furnished balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV with cable channels, a fridge (minibar), an electric kettle, a hairdryer and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartments add a living room with a sofa bed — convenient for families with children and for longer stays. On site is The Step restaurant, serving Bulgarian and Mediterranean cuisine in its own garden — the very garden guests call the hotel's best find. Hotel guests get a 10% discount at the restaurant. Rates: double room — EUR 60 per night; one-bedroom apartment — from EUR 90 per night (room only). The rate already includes the night, Wi-Fi, VAT and the tourist tax. An extra bed for an adult is EUR 5 per night, parking EUR 5 per day. Season: 10 May – 20 September. Once the booking is confirmed, the hotel asks for a deposit equal to the first night; the balance is paid on arrival.
