The operating system for local commerce in Europe

One platform for services, restaurants, hotels, jobs and auto parts, built on a proprietary growth engine that can move new pages into Google's top results within a day instead of months. Built with zero outside capital. We're now raising a round for marketing and expansion into new countries.

100,000+

business verticals in a single product

01 · Problem

Local businesses pay more and more for every customer

A salon, restaurant, hotel, repair shop or therapist anywhere in Europe shares the same pain: customers search for them on Google and find either a high-commission aggregator, or nobody at all.

Their own website doesn't rank

A brochure site without ongoing SEO work never reaches the results page. That work costs hundreds of euros a month, with results six to twelve months away.

Ads eat the margin and leave nothing behind

Paid ads work only while you pay. Switch the budget off and the customer flow stops. Nothing spent on ads accumulates into an asset.

Tools are fragmented

Booking in one service, payments in another, menu or storefront in a third, job postings in a fourth. Each with its own subscription, and none of them bring customers.

02 · Solution

A platform that brings the customers itself

UA Pro combines the storefront, booking, payments and operations tooling, and adds what no single-purpose SaaS offers: a proprietary customer channel from organic search.

1

A business joins

It sets up its page in minutes: services, menu, rooms or job openings. Payments, booking and CRM are already built in - nothing to integrate.

2

The engine pushes it into search

The platform's SEO engine automatically builds the business's pages and city hubs in 20 languages, with structured data and fast indexing.

3

Every new business strengthens the rest

New listings and cities add search weight to the whole platform. The more businesses join, the stronger the channel and the cheaper the next acquisition.

That's the flywheel: product retains businesses, businesses feed search traffic, traffic brings new businesses. The round's capital spins exactly this wheel.

03 · Traction

Built with zero outside euros

Everything below is live production with real businesses and real traffic - not a prototype, not slides.

Product: 7 verticals in production

Services with booking, QR menus for restaurants, hotels, a job board, an auto-parts marketplace, back-office tooling and an AI agent - all live, with real orders.

Distribution: 100,000+ monthly pageviews

Organic search traffic across 170+ city hubs and business pages, with no paid acquisition spend.

Internationalization: 20 languages, 3 countries live

Ukraine is the home market; Montenegro and Bulgaria already have their first international vendors live. The payments layer runs on Mono, LiqPay and Stripe depending on the country.

Monetization: paid plans already selling

Paid vendor tiers, SEO promotion packages and revenue-share add-ons already have their first paying customers.

The entire platform - product, payments, localization, the SEO engine - was funded by the founder alone. The round doesn't patch holes; it accelerates what already works.

04 · Technology edge

Our unfair advantage: speed to search visibility

The core asset isn't any single page, it's a system that reliably gets new pages found by search engines fast.

We spent over a year building our own SEO and indexing engine: structured data, a hub-and-spoke page architecture by city and category, and automated translation and localization across 20 languages.

Platform dataIn practice, roughly 30% of the new pages we publish, both business listings and city hubs, reach Google's top results within 24 hours. That's not a single cherry-picked case but a repeatable, platform-wide pattern we see across dozens of new pages every month.

The remaining pages climb gradually, the pace depends on the niche, local competition and listing quality. We don't promise identical outcomes for every page, but the system consistently compresses time-to-first-visitors from months to days.

05 · Business model

How we make money

Four revenue streams on one shared infrastructure. All are live in production - the round scales them rather than inventing them.

Vendor subscriptions

Paid business tiers: enhanced listings, analytics, team management, a branded page. Classic SaaS economics with recurring revenue.

SEO promotion packages

Paid visibility boosts powered by our search engine. High-margin, because the infrastructure is already amortized by the platform.

Add-ons & revenue share

Accounting back-office, an AI voice/chat agent (revenue-share partnership), integrations. They grow the ticket without growing acquisition cost.

Transactional layer

A unified payments infrastructure (Mono, LiqPay, Stripe) already processes orders and bookings - the base for transactional revenue as volume grows.

For a sense of scale: 10,000 businesses on paid plans is a seven-figure annual revenue in euros from subscriptions alone, before add-ons and transactions. That's an illustration of the unit logic, not a financial projection.

06 · Product

Seven verticals, one account

Each vertical is its own market, sharing one account, one payments layer and one growth engine. One customer often uses several at once.

Services

27+ categories, beauty, medicine, psychology, IT, auto, education, with booking and staff calendars.

Restaurants & venues

QR table ordering, kitchen order flow, and the "100 Founding Restaurants" program for early venues in new regions.

Hotels (Stay)

Room booking with anti-overbooking holds and a dedicated availability calendar.

Jobs (Robota)

A job board with structured data for search engines and candidate matching.

Auto parts

A parts marketplace with wholesale pricing tiers and make/model filtering.

AI agent (partnership)

A voice and chat agent for platform businesses via our DialogBrain partnership, on a revenue-share basis.

Business tooling

A growth CRM, vendor dashboard, and accounting-system integrations for venue owners.

07 · Market

Tens of millions of businesses search can't see

We don't have to invent the market - it's measured. Small and medium businesses are nearly the entire European economy, and they're the worst-represented segment in search.

08 · Competition

Who we're compared to, and how we differ

We'll say it honestly: every niche has strong players. But none of them combine business tooling with a proprietary customer channel across several verticals at once.

Single-purpose SaaS (booking, QR menus, site builders)

They: Solve one function for one subscription each. They don't bring customers - traffic remains the owner's problem.

We: A full operating stack plus an organic customer channel. Businesses pay for visibility outcomes, not just for a tool.

Aggregators & marketplaces (Booking-style)

They: Deliver traffic but take a heavy commission, own the customer relationship, and operate in a single vertical.

We: The business owns its page, its customers and its data. Seven verticals with cross-sell instead of one.

Agencies & paid advertising

They: Expensive, manual, and the results vanish with the budget. Simply unaffordable for most small businesses.

We: Automated promotion built into the product. The effect compounds: a page that reached the top keeps working without daily spend.

09 · Timing

Why now

Local businesses are going digital

Small and mid-size service and hospitality businesses are still underserved by fragmented single-purpose SaaS tools for booking, payments and discovery.

Competitors are single-vertical

Most players in the market focus on one niche only, hotels or restaurants, not both. Multi-vertical means a bigger market and cross-sell between categories.

The technology is proven, it needs scale

The product, payments layer and SEO engine are built and validated on live traffic. Capital goes into accelerating what already works, not building from zero.

The window in new markets is open

Montenegro, the Balkans and the Caucasus still have no dominant local-business platform. Whoever aggregates the supply first gets the network effect.

10 · The round

What we're raising for

Our own indicative range is €1.5-3M. This is our assessment based on current stage and traction, not a fixed requirement, final terms are discussed individually.

Deliberately not for product development: the product, payments and growth engine already work and are maintained in-house.

The priority is marketing, growth and expansion: turning a proven technology edge into more businesses on the platform and more traffic.

11 · Company

Who's building this

UA-Pro is a product of UA-Pro Industry LLC (Ukraine, company ID 45846914). The platform - from the first line of code to the payments infrastructure - was built by our own team, with no outside funding and no outsourcing agencies.

This is a founder-led company: investors talk directly to the founder, with no layer of intermediaries. Decision speed is one of the reasons seven verticals could be launched this capital-efficiently.

Questions investors ask us

How do you make money today?

Vendor subscriptions to paid tiers, SEO promotion packages, and add-ons (an accounting back-office, an AI agent on revenue share). All streams are live with paying customers. Specific revenue figures are shared in the data room.

Why will you beat niche players and big marketplaces?

Single-purpose SaaS doesn't bring customers; marketplaces run one vertical and keep the customer relationship for themselves. Our bet is the combination: operating product plus a proprietary search channel across seven verticals. For the giants, the long tail of local SMEs in 20 languages is too small and operationally awkward; for us it's the core business.

How big is the Ukraine-related risk?

The platform was born in Ukraine and grew through the war - a brutal stress test of operational resilience. The round's strategy is precisely geographic diversification: Montenegro and Bulgaria are already live, the language and payments groundwork covers ~20 countries, payments are multi-currency (including Stripe), and new-market revenue is in euros.

What stage is the round, and what instrument?

By metrics we're at seed: the product is in production, monetization is live, traction is organic. On the instrument (equity, SAFE or a convertible) we're flexible - terms are discussed individually in the data room.

Why are there no revenue figures or valuation on this page?

That's a deliberate disclosure policy: we show financial details to qualified investors under NDA rather than publishing them openly. This page gives enough to decide whether the conversation is interesting; the numbers for a deal decision live in the data room.

Ten years from now, local businesses in every European city will be discovered, booked and paid through one platform. We're building that platform.
